XII. The Hanged Man

Finally, The Hanged Man is here! I have always loved this particular Arcanum: this card represents a moment of suspension that can be turned to our advantage to refine our plans. It can also refer to a block or an inability to take action; it often indicates that the time is not right for making a decision. It can also symbolize self-punishment, illness, sacrifice, gift of oneself and tendency to be manipulated.
