I love this. Very clean. I think the line work strikes a nice balance: it's strong and detailed, yet stops short of making the final piece look cartoonish or overworked. One aspect of this that really works in your favour is the precision of your lines and your mastery of the subject. I think you have to be very careful, when you make the choice to use strong lines, that your rendering is adequate, because if it isn't then the piece will come off as half-finished.
You did a nice job with the rendering, and particularly with textures (the armour and the handle especially). Am I right in thinking that the light source is from the front above, and also from the left - I'm judging by the shading on Azog himself. If so, the rendering on the weapon's blade could have higher contrast to reflect that more. I also feel that something about the shading's off by the neck/shoulder area. I'm sorry, but I can't work out what it is!
Overall, this is a great piece with a real sense of aggression and movement to it. Well done.
